I offer a unique perspective as I have spent over 30 years working in the healthcare industry and held positions as a nurse leader and consultant. As such, I can speak on perspectives which allows me to support leaders in building stronger teams that achieve higher performance results over the long term by creating a better work environment.

Turner Healthcare Coaching & Consulting services a wide range of healthcare organizations including hospitals, home health agencies, hospice organizations, Long Term Care facilities and nursing homes. The size of the organization or department doesn’t matter - I have experience in all sizes and types of organizations.
