I am an executive coach that helps healthcare leaders develop the leadership skills necessary to excel. My coaching style is unique because it's grounded in real-world experience.

I am a nurse leader with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. I have been on the front lines and seen all sides of the industry, from nursing to patient care to administrative leadership.

As a result, I know how it feels to be a frontline caregiver and what is needed for nurses, physicians, managers and executives alike to succeed.
